Business Radiance is birthed from two passions: a natural flare to write effective and compelling content, and organize classy events to engage people, increase visibility, raise funds and celebrate causes. The passions, coupled with extensive experience and relevant education has equipped the owner, Joycelyn Glover, with the drive and zeal to build a consultancy business.

BR empowers local and international micro enterprises, small businesses and nonprofits with seamless communications, events and and resource development solutions. For nine years, Ms. Glover spearheaded strategic communications, content marketing, event management and corporate sponsorships at an Ottawa nonprofit organization. She developed and executed marketing plans for online, print, media and all the events she organized.

Managing a scholarship fund; organizing runs, campaigns, and award galas with over 400 attendees; being a spokesperson on Ghana TV for Millicom Ghana Limited; organizing JOGAFEST, a youth talent show in partnership with two friends in Ghana; executing AFROCAN, a youth empowering fundraiser in Ottawa; building Occident-Tel, a startup telecommunications company; planning her own out of country wedding, conferences, corporate meetings, church fundraisers, funerals and birthdays are a just few examples in Ms. Glover’s portfolio.
